How it works

Ainsworths Vervain Bach is a traditional Bach flower remedy that uses an energetic imprint of the Vervain blossom. Bach flowers work on the basis of subtle energetic transfers to gently support the mood. This method contains no physical or chemical active substances from the plant itself, making it an extremely mild approach to supporting mental resilience and inner balance.

Water, alcohol 40% vol, energetic imprint of Bach flower*. *Energetic imprint, no physical ingredients.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that.

2 drops of each remedy in a glass of water and drink this throughout the day as long as necessary.
