Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply:

• Add 3 drops of this stock bottle to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking them with meals is a useful reminder. The drops can also be mixed with food or drink (suitable for animals, toddlers, and those who are ill). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of cognac to the 30ml pipette bottle. Avoid direct contact of the pipette with the tongue to prevent contamination.
• Alternatively: add 2 drops to a glass of water and drink this throughout the day, for as long as necessary.
• You can carry the bottle with you during the day or place it under your pillow or on the bedside table at night.
