Ainsworths Willow Bach is a liquid flower remedy that works based on an energetic imprint of the willow. Bach flowers contain no physical active ingredients from the plant, but carry a subtle energetic vibration. This method was developed to gently support mental resilience and helps to shift negative moods towards a positive attitude to life. It forms a natural and mild addition to your daily routine.

Water, alcohol 40% vol, energetic imprint of Bach flower*. *Energetic imprint, no physical ingredients.

Usage & Dosage

Unless otherwise indicated, the following dosages apply: Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops of this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy reminder. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So, do not do that. Or 2 drops of each remedy in a glass of water and drink this throughout the day as long as necessary. Or you can carry the bottle with you throughout the day. For the night, you can also place the bottle under your pillow or on the bedside table.
