Alfytal Omega-fish 1000 distinguishes itself by using pure, unprocessed fish oil in the form of natural triglycerides (TG). Many regular fish oil products are chemically processed into artificial ethyl esters to artificially increase the percentage of omega-3 fatty acids. Because these ethyl esters are foreign to the body, your body must first laboriously convert them. Alfytal consciously chooses the pure, unesterified form that directly aligns with your body's physiology. To protect the fragile polyunsaturated fatty acids against oxidation (going rancid), a small amount of natural vitamin E has also been added as an antioxidant.
