Green tea extract, Vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Grape seed extract, Blueberry extract, Pomegranate extract, Natural filler: amylum solani (potato starch), Anti-caking agents: tricalcium phosphate, oleum helianthus solani annuum (sunflower oil).

Usage & Dosage

1-2 capsules daily with a meal, unless otherwise prescribed.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Contains Caffeine <16 mg, EGCG 58 mg. Do not use if green tea is consumed on the same day.

There may be interactions with the medicines Nadolol and Buspirone. There may also be an interaction with folic acid (only relevant at high dosages).
