Arctic Blue Algae Oil directly provides the essential omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, which have been extracted from Schizochytrium sp. algae. DHA is an important building block for the brain and contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision with a daily intake of 250 mg. In addition, DHA and EPA together contribute to the normal function of the heart with a daily intake of 250 mg. Usage & Dosage

Adults and children from 7 years: 2.5 ml (½ enclosed measuring spoon) during or after a meal. Children (1 - 6 years): 1.25 ml (¼ enclosed measuring spoon). Algae oil may become cloudy. This does not affect the quality. In that case, shake before use.
