Apply a small amount of toothpaste (pea-sized) to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, preferably twice a day or after every meal. Rinse the mouth well with water after brushing and do not swallow the toothpaste.
Do not swallow. Suitable for adults and children. When used by children up to and including 6 years of age, use no more than a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, and only under adult supervision to minimise swallowing. Store in a dry place at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
