Use & Dosage
1. Knead the earplugs firmly to warm them up, so that they are soft and easy to shape. 2. Form a ball from the earplug. The shape should be round, not elongated. 3. Place the ball on top of the opening of the ear canal and shape it with your finger until the ear canal is sealed. Read the manual before use.
