Use & Dosage

Remove the individual packaging and pull the protective strip off the sanitary pad. Stick the pad firmly in the centre of your underwear. Fold the wings around the sides of the underwear for extra fixation. Replace the sanitary pad before going to sleep and immediately after waking up, or more often if the intensity of your period requires it.
