See instructions for use. Guidelines for interpretation: Too low: Systolic pressure lower than 100, diastolic pressure lower than 60 (consult your doctor). Normal: Systolic pressure between 100 and 140, diastolic pressure between 60 and 90 (regular self-monitoring). Slightly too high: Systolic pressure between 140 and 160, diastolic pressure between 90 and 100 (consult your doctor). Too high: Systolic pressure between 160 and 180, diastolic pressure between 100 and 110 (consult your doctor). Severely too high: Higher than 180 systolic or higher than 110 diastolic (emergency medical assistance required).

Do not perform measurements at low (below +5 degrees Celsius) or high (above +40 degrees Celsius) temperatures or when the relative humidity is outside the range of 15% to 90%. Caffeinated drinks and tobacco can affect the measurement; wait 30 to 45 minutes before a measurement. Do not use this device on children.
