Usage & Dosage
1 tablet 2 times daily.
Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Ashwagandha:
Be careful when using thyroid medication.
