Illite red clay

Usage

Mix 2-3 tablespoons of clay with a little mineral or floral water. Leave for a few minutes, then mix well with a wooden spatula until a smooth, thick paste forms.

• Face: Apply a generous layer of clay paste to the face, including the eye area. Leave for 10 minutes. Do not allow the clay to dry out completely. Rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat the skin dry. Follow with a moisturising cream.
• Hair: Distribute the clay evenly over the scalp. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. Follow by washing your hair with shampoo.
• Bath: Dissolve 200g of clay in the bathwater. If desired, add a few drops of essential oil. Enjoy the bath for 20 minutes and then rinse well with clean water.
