Simple to use for optimal results:

• Mix 2-3 tablespoons of clay with a little mineral or floral water to form a smooth paste. Use a wooden spatula.
• Face: Apply a thick layer, including around the eyes. Do not allow the clay to dry! Rinse with lukewarm water and moisturise.
• Hair: Distribute over the scalp, leave for 15-20 minutes, and rinse. Follow with shampoo.
• Bath: Dissolve 200g of clay in bathwater. You may add essential oils if desired. Relax for 20 minutes and rinse well.
