Usage & Dosage

From 12 years old. Take 3 capsules per day for 5 days, starting the day before or on the first day of menstruation. The capsules should be spread throughout the day. They can be taken for less than 5 days depending on the duration of the menstrual cycle. If necessary, a maximum of 6 capsules per day may be taken.
