Usage & Dosage

Use a few drops in an ultrasonic diffuser or aroma lamp for air purification. For inhalation via the nose, put a few drops on a handkerchief. For an invigorating bath, add ± 8 drops to a spoonful of honey or sea salt. You can also rub 1 drop into your hands and inhale in the shower. Do not use FORTe Defense Pure undiluted.
