Ingredients
Herb mix 1 for frying: salt, garlic*, oregano*, coriander*, ginger*, savory*, rosemary*, chilli pepper*, cinnamon*. Herb mix 2 for stewing: rice flour*, raw cane sugar*, salt, potato starch*, onion*, paprika*, CELERY*, pepper*, basil*, leek*, lovage*, sage*, marjoram*, sunflower oil*, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. *certified organic
Usage & Dosage
1. Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging. Grate the carrots and have the water ready.
2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil) together with herb mix 1 (the small sachet) into a pan.
Place it on the heat and heat the mixture.
Add the minced meat as soon as you start to smell the herbs and fry it well. Add the carrots and fry them briefly.
3. Add the water, mix in herb mix 2 (the large sachet) and the tomato purée, put the lid on the pan and stew everything for 5 minutes until cooked.
Stir occasionally. Mix the sauce through the pasta and serve the dish hot.
