Ashwagandha from Natuurlijk.fit contains a powerful standardised extract (3,5–5,5% withanolides) from the Withania somnifera root. The product is carefully and manually produced, completely without additives, and packaged in a natural vegan pullulan capsule.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans and free from gluten, soy, lactose, synthetic additives and animal ingredients. The packaging is biodegradable and plastic-free.

Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules, up to 3 times a day with sufficient water.
