| Usage (general): | Unless otherwise directed, add 3 drops from the stock bottle to a 30ml dropper bottle filled with water. Take 4 drops of this mixture under the tongue at least 6 times a day. The drops can also be mixed into food or a drink. For preservation, you may add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml dropper bottle. Avoid touching the dropper with your tongue. Alternative: Add 2 drops of the remedy to a glass of water and sip throughout the day. The bottle can be carried with you during the day or placed under your pillow or on a bedside table at night. |
