Usage & Dosage

In periods of stress and tension:
Take 2 tablets 3 times a day with some water.
For stressful moments such as driving tests, a dentist visit or giving a presentation:
Take 2 tablets 1 hour in advance and another 1 tablet 30 minutes before the stressful moment with some water.
Children from 3 to 6 years: one-third of the dosage.
Children from 6 to 12 years: half of the dosage
