Usage & Dosage
The recommended dosage of Pronofit B12 is no more than one spray per day. Gently blow your nose prior to administration. Remove the cap and hold the nasal spray loosely between your thumb and index finger. Before first use, spray once into the air to remove air bubbles from the pump system. Then, hold one nostril closed with a finger and tilt your head slightly forward. Insert the nozzle up to 1 cm into the open nostril and breathe out calmly through your mouth. Then, while breathing in calmly through your open nostril, press the spray pump. After this, keep your head tilted and breathe calmly through your mouth for 10 to 20 seconds.
