Ingredients

100% Bicarbonate of soda (Sodium bicarbonate).

Usage & Dosage

Internal use: Add 2 teaspoons to a glass of water once a day.
If used as a leavening agent, an acid (for example lemon juice) must be added. Here, 1 part bicarbonate of soda is equal to 3 parts baking powder.

External use: As bath salts, add approximately 100 grams to a warm bath. Can also be used in combination with coconut oil as a natural deodorant.
In the household: Add a tablespoon to the washing machine or use it as a natural cleaning agent. As a stain remover, let it soak on the stain for an hour and then wash as normal.
