Usage & Dosage

Add 1 sachet once a day to half a glass of lukewarm water (100ml), let it stand for 10 minutes, stir well and drink. Take New Care Bifido Lacto complex at least one hour before or after a meal on an empty stomach, for example before going to sleep. This product should not be used by children under 2 years of age.
