Use & Dosage
1. Remove the strip from the packaging. Bend the strip to loosen it at the slits. 2. Wash your face and wet your nose. The strip will not stick to dry skin. 3. Dry your hands well and remove the plastic from the nose strip. Apply the strip with the smooth side onto your nose and press it firmly against the skin. 4. Remove the strip by slowly and carefully peeling it off your nose, from the edges towards the centre. Do not use more than once every 3 days.
