Usage & Dosage
For (clear) braces and dentures: apply the foam directly to the brace, mouthguard or the denture. Ensure an even distribution so that all parts are well covered. Place the brace, denture or mouthguard with the foam inside back into the mouth and spit out excess foam. Stubborn dirt can be removed with a soft toothbrush after applying the foam. Wear the brace or denture as advised by your orthodontist or dentist. For fixed braces, follow the instructions for daily oral care. For daily oral care: apply oral foam directly into the mouth by pressing the pump 2 times. It is best to do this after brushing with blue®m toothpaste. Keep the foam in the mouth for at least 60 seconds and let it move well through the mouth. Do not swallow and do not rinse with water.
