Chesty coughs can significantly hinder your daily activities and often cause a feeling of tightness because thick mucus blocks the airways. When coughing up becomes difficult, you tire more quickly and lose your natural vitality. Healthypharm Cough syrup with bromhexine helps you breathe more freely again by effectively thinning the mucus, so you can resume your active routine more quickly.

How it works
Bromhexine hydrochloride is a scientifically recognised active substance that changes the structure of thick mucus in the lungs. By lowering the viscosity of the mucus, it becomes less sticky and the natural cleaning mechanism of your airways can move the mucus out more easily. This process supports your body in getting rid of cough symptoms faster.
