Ingredients
Minerals, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, carnauba wax), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc), colour (calcium carbonate), triglycerides.
Usage
The recommended dosage for adults is 3 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised.
The maintenance dose is 1 tablet per day. Preferably take during or after a meal.
High doses of magnesium can have a laxative effect.
