Usage & Dosage

Take 1-3 tablets once daily, preferably before or during a meal with water. This recommended amount may also be taken spread throughout the day. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a Vitamin K2 supplement if you are simultaneously using coumarin derivatives.
