Usage & Dosage

We recommend starting with a lower dosage of 1 drop and gradually building this up to 15-30 drops twice daily, unless otherwise advised by your doctor or therapist. Shake before use. Put the desired amount in a glass of water, hold in the mouth for a moment before swallowing. Maximum 60 drops per day.
