For evaporation: add 3 to 5 drops to the water of a diffuser or aroma lamp. For use on the skin: mix a few drops at most with a fatty plant oil (such as jojoba or almond oil) for a nourishing massage or skin oil. For culinary use: dose sparingly as a flavouring in dishes (often one drop is sufficient).
