Use & Dosage

For evaporation in the air: add 3 to 5 drops to the water of a diffuser or aroma burner. For use on the skin: always mix with a neutral base oil (such as almond or jojoba oil) before applying to the skin; use a maximum of 1 to 2 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of base oil. For use in the bath: mix a few drops with an emulsifier such as bath oil or milk before adding it to the bath water.
