Use & Dosage
Insert anally with the pointed end first, moistening the suppository facilitates insertion, maintain 6-hour intervals. Dosage and maximum daily dosage depend not only on age, but also on body weight. See leaflet for the correct dosage advice. The lowest dosage in the group classification applies to the youngest children and those with the lowest body weight. Do not use for longer than 2 days in children younger than 4 years. In children aged 4 to 6 years or older, consult a doctor if there is no improvement in the symptoms. 0.25 - 1 year (5.5 - 10 kg): 120 mg, 2 - 3 times per 24 hours. 1 - 2 years (10 - 12.5 kg): 240 mg, 2 - 3 times per 24 hours. 2 - 4 years (12.5 - 17 kg): 240 mg, 3 times per 24 hours. 4 - 6 years (17 - 22 kg): 240 mg, 4 times per 24 hours.

Do not use if allergic to any of the substances in this medicine. It is important not to use too much, as this medicine can cause liver and kidney problems. This medicine carries a risk of headache with long-term use against headaches. Stop use immediately if you develop a skin rash or sores in the mouth and contact a doctor. Consult a GP for children younger than 3 months with a fever, children up to 4 years old if pain/fever persists after 2 days, and children older than 4 years after 5 days.
