They produce high-quality organic cocoa, providing a stable income and transforming the region from a source of low-quality cocoa to one of superior quality.
Together with the farmers, we have invested in central fermentation and drying, which has significantly improved the quality. The native cocoa is of the Trinitario variety from the Caribbean, a 'fine flavour' cocoa, the exceptional taste of which you can now truly experience thanks to our efforts.
