Ingredients
One tablet contains 25 mg cinnarizine. The other components (excipients) are maize starch, lactose, gelatin, and magnesium stearate (E470b).
Use & Dosage
For dizziness and allergic conditions:
Adults: 1-2 tablets two to three times a day. For travel sickness:
Adults: take 1-2 tablets (25-50 mg) 0.5 - 2 hours before the trip, followed by 1 tablet (25 mg) every 6-8 hours during the trip.
Children 12-18 years: take 1 tablet (25 mg) 0.5 - 2 hours before the trip, followed by 1 tablet (25 mg) every 6-8 hours during the trip.
Children 5-12 years: take 0.5 tablet (12.5 mg) 0.5 - 2 hours before the trip, followed by 0.5 tablet (12.5 mg) every 6-8 hours during the trip. Take tablets with some water. For travel sickness, take the starting dose 0.5-2 hours before the start of the trip and repeat every 6-8 hours during the trip. If there is no improvement in the complaint, do not use for longer than 14 days without consulting a doctor.

Consult a doctor before use in case of epilepsy, heart failure, high blood pressure, glaucoma, urinary complaints, prostate complaints, or a narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract. This medicine affects the results of allergy tests; stop using this medicine three days before the test. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless on the strict advice of a doctor. Be careful with: epilepsy, poorly functioning heart (heart failure), high blood pressure (hypertension), increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma, prostate complaints (prostatic hypertrophy), urine retention in the bladder (urinary retention), a condition of the gastrointestinal tract (pyloric stenosis), or a disorder in the formation of haemoglobin (porphyria). Consult a GP for complaints that are not only present during travel or if there is tinnitus and/or deafness.
