During coffee brewing under high pressure, oils and fats always remain in the brewing system of your machine. These accumulate and can become rancid, which gives the freshly brewed coffee a bitter aftertaste. The HG cleaning capsules are carefully formulated with active oxygen bleaching agents and surfactants that loosen these fats and effectively wash them away. Open the capsule clamp completely and place a cleaning capsule in the clamp holder. Then gently close the clamp holder and place a large cup under the coffee outlet. Then press the button for a large cup of coffee. Remove the empty cleaning capsule and wait 60 seconds for the cleaning agent to take full effect. Then rinse the machine thoroughly by brewing 2 large cups of coffee without a coffee capsule. It is recommended to clean the Nespresso machine after approx. 30 cups or otherwise at least once a month.
