Usage & Dosage

Take 1 sachet per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Easily soluble in, among other things, (lukewarm) warm water, coffee, protein shake, oatmeal, smoothies, yoghurt and quark. After stirring, let it stand for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution.

From 80 degrees, the effect of Collagen Solugel® can decrease, so it is better not to pour boiling water over the powder. Add the powder when you are about to drink, then you are definitely safe.

We recommend using Collagen Solugel® powder for 25 days and subsequently not using it for 5 days.
