Ingredients
Eggshell membrane (Ovomet®, from chicken egg), boswellia serrata extract, capsule: hypromellose and gellan gum, bromelain, grape seed extract, vitamin C: calcium ascorbate, bamboo extract, chicken cartilage (UC-II®).
Usage & Dosage
Take 2 capsules 1 x daily with water. Preferably do this before bedtime and away from meals.
For the maintenance dosage, you can switch to 1 capsule 1 x daily.
