Usage & Dosage
Take 1 measuring scoop per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Easily soluble in, for example, (lukewarm) warm water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, chocolate milk, soup, protein shake, oatmeal, smoothies, yoghurt and quark. After stirring, let it stand for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution.
