Accidentally discolouring your favourite garments can cause a lot of frustration and stress in your daily routine. When colours run and attach themselves to other types of textile, your beloved clothing seems irreparably damaged and lost to your wardrobe. Dr. Beckmann Colour Remover for Discoloured Laundry offers a reliable and effective solution to resolve these laundry accidents. This specially formulated composition restores the original colours of your laundry in a controlled and safe way, so that your clothing quickly looks like it did before.
The colour remover uses active reductive bleaching agents that selectively break down and loosen the penetrated colour pigments of other garments from the fibres, without affecting the original, colourfast pigments of the fabric. This process ensures that the original appearance of your clothing is restored in a mild yet powerful way. As your trusted partner, VitAdvice supports you in maintaining a fresh and well-groomed lifestyle for the whole family.

Always test coloured laundry for colourfastness before removing colour as follows: dissolve ½ teaspoon of colour remover powder in 100 ml of hot water and soak the textile in an inconspicuous place with the liquid. You can use Dr. Beckmann Colour Remover if:
- the treated colours do not change during application and during an exposure time of approximately 15 minutes (not even temporarily - please keep a close eye on this)
- the original colours have not changed even after washing out and drying.
For stubborn discolouration, we recommend removing the colour using the hand wash method, as the longer exposure time strengthens the colour removal process.
In the washing machine:
Treat up to 3.5 kg of discoloured laundry (see instructions for wash weight under "Frequently Asked Questions").
Choose the highest possible temperature (at least 60 °C) and start a wash programme without pre-wash and without detergent.
Then add the contents of both sachets to the main detergent dispenser and rinse with 1 to 2 l of water (for a top loader: directly into the drum).
If slight discolouration is still visible after washing, you can repeat this process.
In a bucket:
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a sealable bag or bucket with 6 l of warm water (at least 30 °C).
Place a maximum of 1.75 kg of discoloured textiles in the water, submerge completely and do not add detergent. Instructions for wash weight can be found under "Frequently Asked Questions".
Seal the bucket or bag airtight.
Let the liquid work for at least 4 hours (for stronger discolouration and/or temperatures up to 40 °C, leave overnight).
Rinse your laundry thoroughly with clean water.
Always follow the instructions for use carefully and perform the colourfastness test before use to prevent damage to your clothing. Ensure good ventilation during the use of this product and avoid inhaling the vapours released.
