Restless skin due to fungal infections can significantly disrupt your daily comfort. The itching and irritation not only cause discomfort but can also make you feel insecure in your daily routine. Daktarin Cream 2% offers the support needed to restore your skin's balance and effectively tackle the spread of fungi.
- Targets the core: The active ingredient miconazole nitrate kills most fungi and bacteria that cause skin infections.
- Rapid absorption: Thanks to the water-based formula, the cream absorbs easily into the skin without leaving a greasy layer.
- Targeted care: Specially developed for fungal infections of the skin, for a targeted approach to complaints.
- Supports recovery: Helps the skin to calm down and, when used correctly, prevents the infection from returning quickly.
How it works
As your trusted health partner, VitAdvice offers products that are scientifically substantiated. The effect of this cream is based on miconazole nitrate, a proven ingredient that damages the cell wall of fungi, causing them to die. The addition of water in the formula creates an evaporation effect upon application, which promotes the penetration of the active ingredient into the skin layers.

Use & Dosage
The recommended dosage is to apply a small amount of cream to the lesion 2 times a day; without skipping a single day. Rub the cream in with your finger until it has completely absorbed. The duration of treatment varies from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the location and severity of the lesion. Treatment should be continued uninterrupted until at least one week after all signs and symptoms have disappeared. This prevents the complaint from returning quickly. For certain fungal infections, such as athlete's foot, Daktarin dusting powder is often used in addition to Daktarin cream. If the powder is used together with the cream, it is recommended to apply both once a day. Wash and treat infected areas daily.
