This potent tincture is a water-alcohol extract of Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica herb).

Each daily dose (2-3 ml) contains 200-300 mg of dried Stinging Nettle herb in a water-alcohol extract (30% alcohol).

Directions for use: Take 15 to 20 drops in a little water 3 times a day, unless otherwise prescribed. For children aged 2 to 15: take as many drops as their age. Shake before use. Slight cloudiness does not affect the quality.
