Usage & Dosage

Add 1 to 30 drops to half a glass of water (120ml), let stand for 1 minute and then drink. Start with 1 drop twice daily (30 min. before meals) and slowly build up to 30 drops twice daily or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.
