Usage & Dosage

Add 1 to 30 drops to half a glass of water (120 ml), let stand for 1 minute and then drink. Start with 1 drop twice daily (30 min. before meals) and slowly build up to 30 drops twice daily or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if side effects occur. Do not exceed the recommended (maximum) daily dose.
