Use & Dosage

Rinse twice daily for about a minute with 10 ml of undiluted mouthwash. Use this product after normal tooth cleaning. Avoid consuming colourful foods or drinks such as coffee, tea, or red wine for at least half an hour after rinsing to optimally support the operation of the ADS system.
