Usage
Requirements for white bread:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl for 3 to 4 minutes (first on a slow setting, then faster). Grease a loaf tin (dim. 22x11x7 cm) with oil or margarine. Place the dough in the tin (use a wet spatula if necessary), smooth it out and sprinkle with water. Loosen the dough from the edges and brush the whole surface with oil. For a good result, use an oiled spatula to make a cut about 3 cm deep along the length.
