Damhert Gluten-Free White Bread Mix
Ingredients
Gluten-free wheat starch, thickener (guar gum), skimmed MILK powder, dextrose, salt, sugar, LUPIN flour.

Usage
For 1 loaf:
500g gluten-free flour
1 sachet of dried yeast or 25g fresh yeast
400-450ml cold water.
Bread machine:
Mix the yeast with the water and pour the mixture into the baking tin of your bread machine.
Switch on the appliance and add the bread mix while stirring. Use the standard programme and bake for approximately 3 hours.
Oven:
Mix the yeast with the water in a mixing bowl. Add the bread mix and stir for about 4 minutes, preferably with a wooden spoon. Pour the dough into a baking tin greased with butter. Cover with baking parchment and bake for 50 to 70 minutes at a temperature of 200°C.

Store in a cool, dry place.
