Cosy weekend breakfasts with pancakes or waffles should be a moment of carefree enjoyment for the whole family. However, when you or your family members struggle with gluten or lactose intolerance, the fear of digestive complaints can quickly spoil the atmosphere. Having to prepare different meals separately also takes a lot of time and effort. Damhert Pancake and waffle mix gluten- & lactose-free offers the ideal, responsible solution. With this carefully composed mix, you can put golden brown pancakes or crispy waffles on the table in no time that everyone can enjoy without worry. VitAdvice supports your conscious lifestyle with this practical and tasty addition to your weekly routine.
The base of this mix consists of corn starch in combination with rice and buckwheat flour. Buckwheat flour naturally provides a slightly nutty flavour and a firm structure, while rice flour ensures a light and airy texture. The addition of safe raising agents (diphosphates and sodium carbonates) ensures that the batter rises nicely during baking, resulting in soft pancakes and crispy waffles without the need for gluten networks to hold the air.
