Use & Dosage

Take approximately 40 centimetres of floss and wrap the ends loosely around your middle fingers. Pull the thread taut and guide it carefully between your teeth and molars. Gently move the tape up and down along the side of each tooth, also just below the gum line. Use a clean piece of thread for each space.
