How it works
This compress uses thermotherapy to support the body's natural recovery process. Cold treatment works as a local pain reliever and counteracts swelling by constricting the vessels, ideal for acute injuries. Ingredients
The compress is made of 100% natural materials and contains a gel filling that is suitable for both heating and freezing.
Use & Dosage
Cold treatment: place in the freezer compartment for approx. 2 hours. Warm treatment: place in max. 95 °C hot water for approx. 25 seconds, or 20 seconds at 700 W in the microwave. Always place a (hand)towel between the compress and the skin. Do not use for longer than 20 min., take a 30 min. break in between. Store the compress in a dry and clean place, preferably in the original packaging.
