Use & Dosage
HOT/COLD is intended for external use only. Always place a (hand)towel between the compress and the skin. Do not use for longer than 20 min., allow for a 30 min. break in between. Cold treatment: place in the freezer compartment or freezer for approx. 2 hours. Warm treatment: place in max. 95 °C hot water for approx. 1 min. The compress can also be heated in the microwave for 55 seconds at 700 W. Read the leaflet before use.
