Adults and children over 18 years: In the morning with breakfast, dissolve 1 drink ampoule in a glass of water (240 ml) and drink. Due to the natural character of the product, some sediment may form in the drink ampoule; this does not affect the quality of the product.
1. Shake the drink ampoule well before use.
2. Hold the drink ampoule with the tip pointing upwards.
3. Push the drink ampoule open with your thumb(s).
4-5. If you keep the first empty drink ampoule, you can use it to open the next drink ampoule even more easily by placing the tip into the opening of the empty drink ampoule and applying pressure.
Green tea: Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
