Ingredients
diclofenac sodium, sodium hydroxide, hydroxyethylcellulose, carbomer, propylene glycol, triglycerides, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), purified water.
Use & Dosage
Adults: Apply this medicine 4 times a day to the area of the knee or hand that is painful. Maximum dosage: 4 times per 24 hours. Gently rub a small amount of this medicine onto the skin where the pain is located. The amount required depends on the size of the painful area. Usually, an amount the size of a cherry to a walnut is sufficient. Wipe hands after use with absorbent paper or a damp cloth (unless the hands were the area to be treated) and wash hands afterwards.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use if allergic to diclofenac or other painkillers (such as ibuprofen or acetylsalicylic acid), or if allergic to any of the excipients. Do not use during the third trimester of pregnancy. During pregnancy or breastfeeding in the first and second trimester: only use on the strict advice of a doctor. Stop immediately if a skin rash occurs. Do not use on open wounds, eczema, acne, infected skin, mucous membranes or near the eyes. Avoid sunlight and sunbeds during treatment and for up to 2 weeks afterwards.
